This building, which was built for the Istanbul Governorate Project Coordination Unit located in Istanbul Kağıthane, has an indoor area of 5,794.73 m2. It consists of 19 classrooms, technology and computer laboratories, special education and support areas, conference and fitness rooms, a refectory and a canteen all of which have been completed. The entire landscaping of this structure in Kağıthane was also carried out by Hasanoğlu Group of Companies.
